# How customers can use Gift Card

Customers can redeem their Gift Cards while booking or paying invoices on the payment step. Gift Cards can be used until the balance has been used up and Gift Card is not expired. Gift Cards can't be used for buying another Gift Card. If the balance is not enough to cover full payments, the customer will pay the rest with one of the available payment methods.

After applying for a Gift Card customer can undo it.
