Galleries List

Welcome to the Gallery Management section of Booksession This guide will help you navigate through the Gallery list page and understand the distinction between live and hidden galleries. Additionally, you'll learn how to efficiently search for galleries using the title search field.

Accessing and managing your Client Galleries is easy:

• Log in to your Booksession account

• Click on the "Galleries" link in the sidebar or follow this link. This will take you to your Client Galleries dashboard.

Gallery List Page Overview

Upon entering the Gallery list page, you'll find a comprehensive list of all your galleries. This page serves as a central hub for managing your galleries effectively.

Live Galleries and Hidden Galleries

• Live Galleries: These are galleries that are accessible and viewable by your clients. Live galleries are an excellent way to showcase your work and allow clients to engage with their photos.

• Hidden Galleries: Hidden galleries are not visible to your clients. They provide you with the flexibility to organise and manage galleries without them being accessible to your clients.

Search

Located at the top right corner of the page, the title search field enables you to quickly find galleries based on their titles. Simply enter a keyword or the exact title you're looking for and hit "Enter". The list will update to display galleries that match your search criteria.

Update a gallery

To modify or update a gallery, click on its title or image cover to access its details and settings. From here, you can make changes such as adjusting visibility, editing gallery content, or setting expiration dates.
