We are thrilled to introduce some new changes to our platform, all designed with you in mind. These updates enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of Booksession, making it even more efficient and user-friendly.

Enhanced Email Validation for Booking and Questionnaire Forms

We've implemented stricter email validation for client email addresses. Now, when clients enter an email address, our system performs thorough email domain validation. For instance, if a client mistakenly enters an email like 'gmail.co', it will not pass validation. This ensures that you receive accurate and functional contact information.

Revamped User Interface (UI)

To streamline your navigation and improve the overall look and feel of the platform, we've made several UI enhancements. Settings have been relocated to the top right corner menu for easier access and a cleaner interface.

Visual Experience Upgrade

We've added icons to the top right menu to provide a more visually engaging and intuitive user experience. These icons make it quicker and more straightforward to find the features you need.

Accessible Help Chat

Now, our help chat feature is accessible from all pages, ensuring you have immediate support whenever you need it. If you have questions or encounter any issues, our support team is just a chat away, ready to assist you.
