Are you tired of manually creating booking forms every time a customer wants to schedule a photo session? Our updated booking templates are here to make your life easier! We've added several new fields and features to help you customize your booking process and streamline your workflow. Let's take a look at what's new.

New Fields in Pricing Plans

We've added two new fields to our pricing plans: duration and gap. With the duration field, you can specify how long a photo session takes. This is especially useful if you offer different types of sessions with varying lengths. The gap field allows you to specify how long of a gap there should be between photo sessions. This ensures that you have enough time to prepare for the next session and that clients aren't left waiting.

Timeslots & Availability

One of the biggest additions to our booking templates is the new Timeslots & Availability section. Here, you can set the days and times that you're available for photo sessions. You can also set a minimum booking time, which is the minimum amount of time required for a session. Additionally, you can set a maximum booking time, which limits how far in advance people can book a session. Finally, you can specify the gap between timeslots, which determines how frequently timeslots are shown to clients.

Renamed Section and Removed Fields

We've made a few changes to the builder section of our templates. It's now called Fields, which more accurately describes its purpose. We've also removed a few fields that we found to be unnecessary, including session date, signature pad, products, and timeslots. However, we've added the ability to use predefined timeslots, which can save you time and effort.

Booking Process

Our booking templates still follow the same basic process. First, clients choose a pricing plan and then fill out a custom form based on the template. Payment is optional, but if you choose to include it, there's a payment page for clients to use. Finally, clients are taken to a booking confirmation page that lets them know that their session has been scheduled.
